Q. Who usually sells their houses to us?
A. Lots of different people!
- Those who have inherited property and need or want to sell it quickly;
- Those who have investment property with problem renters;
- Those who are relocating and need to sell their house quickly, particularly if their house needs repairs and they don't have the money, time and/or desire to make the repairs;
- Those going through a divorce and need to sell their house quickly;
- Those who are behind on payments and/or are facing foreclosure;
... regardless of repairs needed, we buy houses for cash, close quickly, and usually pay all normal closing costs.
Q. Just how does the process work?
A. All you have to do is fill out the form telling us about the house you want to sell. The information about your house will be sent, and we will contact you by phone to arrange a time to view your house.
Q. Just how do you determine the price you will offer for my house?
A. Considerations include the condition of the house and the extent and cost of renovations required, the time required to complete the renovations, and the repaired value of the house when compared to houses in the same area. Also considered are the costs in real estate commissions to market the house, as well as the costs of insurance, utilities, taxes, loan payments incurred to buy the house, and maintenance costs while the house is being renovated and being offered for sale.
Q. Will you buy condos or townhouses?
A. We buy houses, condos, townhouses, duplexes, multi-tenant buildings and some commercial properties.
Q. Will you buy mobile homes?
A. We do not buy mobile homes at this time.
Q. Do you charge me a fee to make an offer for my house?
A. No fee is ever charged to view and/or make an offer for your house.
Q. If I fill out and submit a form containing information about the
house I have to sell, am I obligated in any way?
A. You have no obligation at all to Vector Investments Group, LLC if you
submit an information form, show your property to us, or receive an offer
to buy your house. You are under no obligation at all ... all we ask for
is the opportunity to make you an offer for your house. You decide if
the offer works for you or not.

A. Vector Investments Group, LLC is a locally owned company in Wichita, Kansas.
